Caleb is a lifelong United Methodist. His calling for ministry started as a teenager who was active in the youth ministry at the church that his family attended. As a teenager, Caleb became a leader by helping plan youth events and leading group conversations on Sunday evenings. It is there that Caleb felt God calling him into ministry as a vocation.
Caleb attended Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX where he majored in Religious Studies, minored in Communications, and was a member of the football team. After graduating in 2014 Caleb moved to Dallas to pursue a Master of Divinity at SMU Perkins School of Theology. Caleb enjoyed his time at Perkins where he was challenged to look at scripture in new ways, explore different theological beliefs, find a foundation to his own beliefs, and make friends that he would consider to be family. Caleb graduated from Perkins School of Theology in May of 2020.
Caleb has extensive experience in youth ministry ranging from internships to full-time youth ministry. He has written youth curriculum, led church camps, led mission trips, and has experience in leading many other areas in youth ministry. Caleb is energetic, has a great sense of humor, and loves to be in fellowship with our youth. But above all else, Caleb loves to share the love of Christ through the Word with those youth he encounters on a regular basis.
